In transitioning to colder weather days, we always feel like we want to hold on to our favorite summer items… Am I right? For me, my denim skirts are the pieces I have the most trouble letting fall into the winter oblivion. They are so versatile, feminine, flattering and allow for so many different combinations that it gets really difficult to let them go.
BUT WORRY NOT. There are a million ways we can still incorporate our denim skirts into our fall outfits, and they can go from the warmer days of the season until the colder ones – and we can even wear them through the winter (Well… Depending on where you live)!
1 – Denim skirt + Sweater
That’s probably the way that comes to mind in first place for many people. But, trust me, many people still find it counter intuitive to mix two pieces from completely different seasons, so… Why not put it here? It’s also my FAVE, btw.

2 – Denim skirt + blazerNothing says ‘fall’ nowadays better than a good plaid blazer. If the weather is milder, you can definitely bet on that combination. It’s elegant and wearable in a wide variety of occasions. AND, to me, it’s that go-to look that I don’t even have to overthink when I’m just lazy to get dressed.

3 – Denim skirt + Coats and tights
This one goes for the colder days of fall. They always come… I haven’t been that much into tights lately, but I’m sure that once the wintery days of fall come, they will be my go-to accessory to wear with my skirts.
