I don’t know how about you, but tailored pants are a must-have in my spring (or any season to be honest) wardrobe.

They honestly have the power to elevate any outfit you choose: wear it with a t-shirt for an elevated casual look, throw a sweater over your shoulder and you’re ready for a more chic occasion, wear it with a blazer for an even more classy look, or with a button-up shirt for that classic smart look.
The options are endless, and, this Spring, I’m stocking up on them and thought I’d share with you everything I got and some other options that might be just right for your body type.
Here are the tailored pants styles I love the most for Springtime…
Wide Leg pants
Wide leg pants are a favorite for me and they flatter my body type like no other style. They will elongate your silhouette, cinch your waist and make your legs look leaner (if this is what you’re looking for). I personally prefer the high-waisted ones to get the full effect.
Pleated tailored pants
Pleated tailored pants add lots of elegance, while still showing some ankle. I like this option whenever I want to wear sneakers (not-chunky), although they also go well with loafers (my favorite style is this one). If you’re petite like me, the key to rock this style is to have it tailored to your leg length.
Straight cut/suited tailored pants
This style is more fitted, and a lot of people feel more comfortable wearing it, just because it’s more mainstream and more intuitively styled.
Hope you guys liked my selection of tailored pants for this Spring! Let me know what you think and I’d love to see how you style them by tagging me on Instagram (@gabriellazacche)
