Although summer is my favorite season, I always find it SO tricky to stay ‘on fleek’ throughout the day like we do so effortlessly during the other seasons. Luckily, there are a few beauty products out there that have become my absolutely FAVES and, why not say, life-savers when the heat wave days of summer in New York hit. And YES, I put together a short-list for you to make your lives easier!
1 – Dyptique Hair Mist
I don’t know about you guys, but I really try to avoid wearing perfume in hot days. You know the drill, you go outside feeling fresh and smelling good, and 5 minutes later, your perfume gets mixed with your sweat and starts to smell super weird and you regret that very moment you thought about wearing an eau de parfum before going out.

3 – Urban Decay Beached Bronzer
With this unbearably hot weather, it’s just very hard (and unhealthy) to just lay down under the sun to get that desired tan. And my FAVE bronzer is this one from Urban Decay. Apply it not only to contour your face, but also on the areas where the sun would normally hit your face and tan you (around the forehead, tip of nose and chin) for a perfectly natural result.

4 – Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray
No makeup will resist this weather without a good setting spray! Every day, before I go out, I just HAVE to apply mine. It really protects the makeup from melting – although it is sometimes inevitable.

5 – Tréstique Makeup Sticks
Although powder makeup is great to protect the skin from getting super oily on warm days, I have to say that makeup sticks are also great for that summer laziness.
